T his mixer is exceedingly rare & made by Hobart. Not to be confused,, this is a real "Hobart". That is no where near as durable as any Hobart. The story is that Hobart was designing a 6 quart Legacy mixer as a replacement for the professional 5 quart N50.

It would take on the Legacy Badge (Hobart Legacy 6 - or HL6) because it was in fact a Legacy Mixer. Featuring the performance and durability that the 12 quart Legacy was famous for but at only 6 quart capacity. The first batch a limited quantity were given to Hobart employees.

Due to the very expensive cost of approx. This mixer features as on all Legacy mixers 7 speeds available on the fly. Comes with all stainless steel accessories - large whisk , spiral dough hook , spiral beater , and the 6 qt stainless steel bowl , and Hobart decal.
