How come takes this long time? Almost 100% of the delay on deliveries is due to the import countrys slow custom hold process. Sadly, we, as the shipper cant do anything about to speed it up; this delay is very common for South American countries (such as Brazil, Chile, Peru, etc) and the former Eastern European countries (such as Russia, Hungary, Poland, and the former Soviet independent states/countries).
