(we had many lost parcels). US postal never hold any outgoing international parcels on the US side; they are out of the USA country at most within one week. Does Not provide a tracking #. I had been keep asking by international buyers the same questions where is my parcel? How come takes this long time? Almost 100% of the delay on deliveries is due to the import countrys slow custom hold process.
